Salsarita's Fresh Cantina Orients New Staff

Salsarita's Fresh Cantina, opening in mid-November 2005, is located at the corner of Chippewa and Delaware at the street level of the Hampton Inn.

Working with Sherry Scoville, Audax assisted Salsarita's in holding its first employee training session.

"A key part of energizing new employees is educating them about benefits, compensation and the overall company philosphy," notes Keith Kuehlewind, Audax President. "We work hand-in-hand with our clients to do this. New employees hit the ground running with confidence."

The downtown Salsarita's is the first of it's kind in Buffalo. The eatery offers fresh-mex fast food in a fun and casual atomosphere. A mid-November opening is planned.
